Position Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled PHP Developer with 5–6 years of hands-on experience in Laravel and CodeIgniter frameworks. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in software development, database design, API integrations, DevOps practices, and the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The candidate will be responsible for developing scalable web applications, maintaining existing systems, optimizing performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesApplication Development
- Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using PHP, Laravel, and CodeIgniter.
- Develop reusable, modular, and scalable application components.
- Create and consume RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
- Implement secure authentication, authorization, and role-based access controls.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.
Database Management
- Design and maintain MySQL/MariaDB database structures.
- Write optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, and views.
- Perform database performance tuning and troubleshooting.
DevOps & Deployment
- Manage application deployments across development, staging, and production environments.
- Configure and maintain Linux-based servers.
- Work with CI/CD pipelines for automated build and deployment processes.
- Experience with Git repositories, branching strategies, and release management.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
- Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures.
SDLC & Quality Assurance
- Participate in requirement analysis, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance phases.
- Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
- Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and architecture documents.
- Collaborate with QA teams during UAT and production releases.
