Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts & Administration Executive to manage day-to-day accounting functions, statutory compliances, and office administration. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in GST and TDS filings, bookkeeping, invoicing, reconciliation, and administrative coordination. Key Responsibilities Accounts & Finance - Maintain day-to-day accounting records and bookkeeping. - Prepare and record sales invoices, purchase entries, receipts, and payments. - Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). - Prepare and file GST returns, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B. - Manage TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and return filings. - Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations. - Maintain vendor and client ledgers. - Coordinate with Chartered Accountants, auditors, and consultants for statutory compliance. - Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial summaries. - Manage petty cash and expense records. Administration - Handle office administration and daily operational support. - Maintain company records, contracts, and documentation. - Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and suppliers. - Manage office supplies, asset records, and procurement activities. - Assist management with administrative and operational tasks. - Ensure smooth functioning of office facilities and support services. Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or related field. - 3–4 years of experience in Accounts and Administration. - Strong knowledge of GST compliance, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and TDS filing. - Experience in bookkeeping, invoicing, and reconciliation. - Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel. - Good understanding of accounting principles and statutory requirements. - Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently. Preferred Qualifications - Experience in a marketing, advertising, media, or service-based organization. - Knowledge of payroll processing and employee reimbursement management. - Familiarity with accounting software such as Zoho Books or Busy will be an added advantage.
