- Acheive monthly and annual vehicle sales targets.
- Plan and implement sales strategies to increase market share and profitability.
- Lead, train and motive the sales team to deliver the high performance.
- Monitor enquiry management, lead conversion and customer satisfication.
- Review daily, weekly and monthly sales report and take corrective actions.
- Build strong relationships with key customers, financiers and corporate clients.
- Ensure adherence to dealership processes and documentation standards.
- Colleborate with the marketing team for promotions and local events.
- Ensure timely billing, delivery and collection of payments.
- Maintain showroom standards and staff discipline.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
