- Store Operations: Manage daily opening and closing, visual merchandising, and maintain brand standards for luxury chocolates and confectionery displays.
- Sales & Targets: Drive revenue growth, achieve monthly/annual sales targets, and analyze customer footfall and buying patterns.
- Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and supervise store staff, cashiers, and cafe team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, handle stock transfers, minimize shrinkage, and manage reconciliation between POS and inventory software
- Customer Relations: Resolve customer queries or complaints promptly and build positive client relationships.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
