Job Summary:
As a Placement Coordinator, you will connect students with career opportunities, ensure a smooth placement experience, and support operational and strategic initiatives within the Placement & Career Services team.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in organizing placement events, interviews, and recruitment drives
Manage schedules and communicate updates with students, recruiters, and internal teams
Maintain and update student and company databases; assist in placement reporting
Guide students with resume submissions, documentation, and general queries
Coordinate with recruiters for job descriptions, candidate profiles, and feedback
Support logistical arrangements and smooth execution of placement events
Perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, emailing, and data entry
Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration, HR, or related fields)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
Basic knowledge of recruitment or placement processes
Prior internship or administrative experience
