HR Executive – Jewellery Retail
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee onboarding and offboarding, salary processing, attendance, leave records, probation reviews, and overall HR operations. The candidate should have excellent follow-up skills, a thorough understanding of employee compliances and labour laws, and the ability to ensure smooth workforce management.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of HR experience (retail experience preferred)
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Knowledge of employee compliances, payroll, onboarding, offboarding, and probation processes
- Experience in recruitment and employee engagement
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
