We are looking for a proactive and organized Office Administrator to manage daily office operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills to ensure smooth office functioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office administration and operations.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries professionally.
- Maintain office records, documents, and filing systems.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate calendars.
- Prepare reports, letters, and other office documents.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
- Monitor office supplies and handle procurement.
- Support HR activities such as interview coordination and employee documentation.
- Assist in client onboarding and maintain client records.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient office environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in office administration or administrative support.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Experience in financial services, banking, insurance, or a similar industry is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
