Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries for domestic and international holiday packages.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel packages.
- Prepare tour quotations and itineraries.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into bookings.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and travel partners.
- Provide excellent customer service before and after bookings.
Requirements
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam. Hindi is an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Passion for travel and sales.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
