Role Overview:
The Senior Architect will lead architectural design, manage project drawings, coordinate with clients/departments, and ensure timely delivery of quality documentation from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Leadership: Lead concept design, design development, and finalization for all project components
- Drawing Management: Review & approve GAD, structural coordination drawings, MEP layouts, and submission sets
- Client/Dept Coordination: Present designs to clients, government departments, and handle approvals/submissions
- Project Management: Manage timelines, drawing submission schedule, and coordinate with junior team members
- Technical Oversight: Ensure compliance with NBC, local bylaws, safety, and quality standards
- Site Support: Conduct site visits, resolve design queries, and provide solutions during execution
- Mentoring: Guide and train junior architects and draftsmen
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture - B.Arch. Master’s preferred. COA Registration mandatory
- Experience: 5-10+ years with experience in Institutional/Commercial/Housing projects
- Skills: Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, project management, detailing, and client handling
- Traits: Leadership, problem-solving, strong communication, ability to handle multiple projects
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
