Near Me Properties is expanding, and we are looking for an experienced Property Advisor Expert with strong expertise in the South Kolkata real estate market.
If you're passionate about real estate, enjoy closing deals, and have excellent client-handling skills, we would love to have you on our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and convert qualified property leads
- Assist clients in buying and selling residential & commercial properties
- Conduct property site visits and client meetings
- Negotiate deals and ensure successful closures
- Maintain client relationships and provide after-sales support
- Update CRM and maintain accurate sales records
- Achieve monthly sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service
Requirements:
✔ Minimum 6 month of experience in real estate sales.
✔ Strong knowledge of the South Kolkata property market
✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
✔ Customer-focused and target-oriented mindset
✔ Knowledge of property documentation and legal procedures
✔ Experience with CRM tools and property portals
✔ Own vehicle preferred
