Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and experienced HSE Officer to join our team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing health, safety, and environmental policies, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, conducting site inspections, and promoting a safe working environment across project sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company safety standards.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness training for employees.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed reports.
- Monitor the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and enforce safety compliance.
- Maintain HSE records, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate emergency response procedures and safety drills.
- Promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization.
Requirements
- Diploma in any Engineering discipline or a relevant qualification.
- NEBOSH Certification is mandatory.
- Minimum 5–6 years of experience as an HSE Officer.
- Good knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessment, and incident investigation.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: 60,000.00 to 70,000.00 INR
