About the Role:
We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Lead Visual Designer to drive our brand’s visual identity across digital and offline platforms. You will lead the design function, mentor junior designers, and ensure high-quality, consistent creative output aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the visual design team, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
- Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns, brand assets, and marketing collaterals
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all platforms
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to deliver impactful designs
- Review and provide feedback on design work to maintain consistency and quality
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently
Requirements:
- 4–6 years of experience in visual/graphic design
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital creatives, and campaign work
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design
- Experience in leading or mentoring a team is preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to think creatively and solve design problems
Good to Have:
- Experience in motion graphics or video editing
- Exposure to UI/UX design
- Experience working in a fast-paced agency or startup environment
