Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic management,hospitality and tourism teacher to join our faculty. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management principles and practices, with a passion for teaching and developing students in this field. As a management teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lectures, designing curriculum, and mentoring students to help them excel in their studies and future careers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver lectures and class materials on various management topics such as organizational behavior, leadership, strategic management, and operations management.
- Create and revise course content to ensure relevance and alignment with industry standards and academic requirements.
- Engage students in active learning through discussions, case studies, group projects, and presentations.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback on assignments and assessments to support student learning and development.
- Mentor and advise students on academic and career-related matters, including internships and job opportunities.
- Contribute to the development of new programs or courses in management studies.
- Stay updated with industry trends and research to enhance teaching effectiveness and curriculum development.
- Collaborate with colleagues on academic initiatives and participate in faculty meetings and committees.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Management, Business Administration,hospitality & tourism or a related field.
- Proven experience in teaching management courses at the undergraduate or graduate level.
- Strong knowledge of management theories, principles, and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.
- Experience with curriculum development and assessment is desirable.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
