Job Summary
We are a manufacturing company specializing in super structures and customized integrated solutions. We are
seeking an experienced Sales Head with proven exposure to mining, infrastructure, port, and cement
segments, capable of driving business growth, handling key accounts, and developing innovative solutions based
on client problem statements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage sales operations for super structures and customized solutions
Identify and develop new business opportunities across mining, infra, port, and cement industries
Engage with clients to understand operational challenges and convert problem statements into viable
technical solutions
Work closely with engineering, design, and production teams to develop customized integrated
solutions
Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, techno-commercial discussions, negotiations, and order
closure
Develop and manage key accounts, consultants, EPCs, and OEM relationships
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and technical-commercial offers
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
Achieve sales targets and contribute to long-term business strategy
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to understand technical concepts and sell solution-based offerings
Experience in handling customized and project-based sales
Strong client-facing and relationship management skills
Ability to work independently and lead new initiatives
Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability
Experience & Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
5–7 years of relevant sales experience in mining / infra / port / cement segments
Prior exposure to Mining| cement| Infrastructure, heavy engineering, or capital goods preferred
Experience working with EPCs, fleet owners, contractors, and industrial clients
Preferred Candidate Profile
Proven track record in solution-driven or consultative sales
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with design and technical teams
Experience launching new products or developing customized solutions
Willingness to travel as per business requirements
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
