Job Summary
The Estimation Engineer – MEP will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, BOQs, quantity take-offs, and tender documentation for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, HVAC, and ELV systems for high-rise residential projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQs and quantity take-offs from MEP drawings.
- Estimate costs for Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, HVAC, ELV, STP, WTP, DG, and related MEP systems.
- Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications.
- Prepare detailed rate analysis and cost estimates.
- Evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotations.
- Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Contracts, and Project teams.
- Prepare technical and commercial bid comparisons.
- Support budgeting and value engineering initiatives.
- Maintain estimation records and MIS reports.

Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
