Position: Electronics Technical Head

Role Overview
Lead the electronics engineering function at Sinaxis, overseeing hardware design,
development, and technical delivery across assigned projects and product initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end electronics design including schematics, PCB layout,
embedded systems, and system integration
- Manage and mentor a team of electronics engineers; define technical roadmaps
and delivery milestones
- Evaluate and select components, vendors, and manufacturing partners; manage
BOM and cost optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (software, firmware, QA) for seamless
hardware-software integration
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards (EMI/EMC, RoHS, CE, and others
as required)
- Review and approve technical documentation, test plans, and design validation
reports
- Lead failure analysis, root cause investigations, and corrective actions
- Stay updated on emerging hardware technologies and recommend adoption
where relevant
Qualifications & Skills
- B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electronics & Communication, or related field (M.Tech
preferred)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in electronics product development
- Proficiency in PCB design tools (Altium, KiCAD, or equivalent)
- Experience with embedded systems, microcontrollers, FPGA, or sensor systems
- Strong leadership, documentation, and cross-functional communication skills
- Experience in industrial or defence-grade product development is an advantage
Pay: From ₹500,000.00 per year
