Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for the Sales Coordination & Specification team.
- Track ongoing and upcoming projects and maintain accurate project-wise records.
- Coordinate with the Specification and Sales teams to collect project updates and ensure timely reporting.
- Monitor target achievements and prepare performance dashboards.
- Maintain and update Excel-based trackers, databases, and management reports.
- Follow up with internal teams for pending project updates, approvals, and closures.
- Analyze sales and project data to support management decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of reports.
- Generate customized reports as required by management.
- Coordinate with multiple departments to streamline reporting and documentation.
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience as an MIS Executive, Sales Coordinator, or in a similar reporting role.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Conditional Formatting, Basic Formulas).
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Good follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Industry
Candidates from Building Materials, ACP, Plywood, Laminates, Paints, Tiles, Glass, Hardware, or similar industries will be preferred.
