Job Summary
We are looking for a highly energetic and customer-focused Sales Manager / Business Manager to handle client acquisition, event consultation, and revenue generation for our decor business. The ideal candidate should be confident in client communication, sales conversion, and coordinating with customers to deliver exceptional event experiences.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries for weddings and event decor services
- Perform cold calling and follow-ups to generate new business opportunities
- Coordinate with clients to understand event requirements, themes, and expectations
- Explain decor concepts, packages, themes, and pricing professionally
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings and achieve monthly revenue targets
- Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the event journey
- Coordinate with design, operations, and execution teams for smooth event planning
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and client presentations
- Attend client meetings, venue visits, and event discussions when required
- Maintain CRM updates and track sales performance regularly
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in sales, client handling, and business development
- Ability to explain creative decor concepts confidently
- Good coordination and multitasking abilities
- Target-oriented and revenue-focused mindset
- Professional presentation and customer service skills
Qualification
- Any Degree / MBA preferred
Experience
- 2–5 years in Sales / Business Development / Event Industry preferred
- Experience in wedding, hospitality, event management, or decor industry is an added advantage
