Job Description: Business Development Executive (Lead Generation Specialist)
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and tech-savvy Business Development Executive (BDE) who specializes in end-to-end outbound lead generation. In this role, your primary mission is to identify, research, and engage high-potential target accounts.
You must be an expert in navigating the modern sales stack, utilizing advanced prospecting tools, and scraping data to build clean, highly targeted lead lists. This role focuses heavily on the top of the sales funnel—turning cold data into warm sales opportunities.

- Location: Remote (Open to travel for Business)
- Shift Timings: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Core Roles & Responsibilities
1. Platform-Based Prospecting
- Tool Mastery: Utilize premium lead generation platforms (e.g., Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Hunter.io, and Seamless.ai) to find verified contact data.
- LinkedIn Outreach: Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator for advanced filtering, boolean searches, and account mapping.
- Data Scraping: Build and export clean, segmented lists of target decision-makers based on industry, company size, revenue, and geography.
2. Lead Qualification & Hygiene
- Data Verification: Ensure all fetched emails, phone numbers, and company details are accurate and verified to maintain low bounce rates.
- ICP Alignment: Score and qualify leads against our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) before initiating outreach.
- CRM Management: Log, organize, and update all prospect data seamlessly inside our CRM platform (HubSpot/Salesforce).
3. Outbound Campaign Execution
- Cold Outreach: Initiate multi-channel touchpoints using cold email sequences, cold calling, and personalized LinkedIn messages.
- A/B Testing: Monitor open rates, reply rates, and bounce rates across different tools to constantly optimize outreach messaging.
4. Team Collaboration
- Sales Handover: Seamlessly pass qualified leads, booked meetings, and detailed account notes to the account executives and closing team.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Tool Expertise: Deep hands-on experience with at least 3 major lead generation databases (e.g., Apollo, ZoomInfo, Sales Nav).
- Technical Savvy: High familiarity with email verification tools, sequence automation tools, and CRM workflows.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to map target accounts, identify decision-makers, and spot lookalike audiences in the market.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal English communication skills to draft compelling, high-converting outreach hooks.
- Drive & Independence: A self-starter attitude with the discipline to meet daily and weekly lead quota targets in a remote setup.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
