Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer applications and recommend suitable technical solutions.
- Promote and sell industrial products to B2B customers.
- Generate new business inquiries and convert them into sales orders.
- Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and technical seminars.
- Identify and develop new customers, industries, and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales orders.
- Follow up regularly on customer inquiries and quotations.
- Prepare and submit daily visit reports (DVR) and sales activity reports.
- Collect customer feedback and share market intelligence with management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in Industrial/B2B Sales (Freshers with strong technical and sales aptitude may also apply).
- Good understanding of industrial products and their applications.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good email communication and professional etiquette.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Gujarat.
- Valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving license is preferred
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
