Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to manage the company's day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, taxation, banking, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and experience working with Tally/ERP systems. Experience in manufacturing and e-commerce accounting will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Bookkeeping-
- Maintain accurate books of accounts in Tally/ERP.
- Record daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Prepare and maintain ledgers, cash books, and bank books.
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end account closures.
Accounts Payable & Receivable-
- Process vendor invoices and customer payments.
- Reconcile vendor and customer accounts.
- Monitor receivables and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Prepare ageing reports and payment schedules.
Banking & Reconciliation-
- Perform daily bank reconciliations.
- Process online payments (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS).
- Reconcile bank statements and payment records.
- Monitor cash flow and bank balances.
GST & Statutory Compliance-
- Prepare and file GST returns.
- Handle TDS deductions and compliance.
- Reconcile GST and TDS with books of accounts.
- Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants for statutory compliance.
Inventory & Cost Accounting-
- Maintain inventory accounting records.
- Reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Verify purchase costs and inventory valuation.
- Coordinate with warehouse and production teams for inventory accuracy.
Financial Reporting-
- Prepare monthly MIS reports.
- Generate Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.
- Assist management with budgeting and financial analysis.
- Support statutory and internal audits.
E-commerce Accounting (Added Advantage)-
- Reconcile settlements from Amazon, Flipkart, and other online marketplaces.
- Verify marketplace commissions, returns, reimbursements, and deductions.
- Reconcile payment gateway settlements.
- Monitor receivables from e-commerce platforms and ensure accurate accounting of online transactions.
Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent.
- 3–6 years of accounting experience.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
