The role involves calling potential clients, understanding their requirements, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Introduce the company's products and services professionally.
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
- Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Follow up with potential customers.
- Achieve daily calling and lead generation targets.
Requirements
- Fresher candidates are welcome.
- Good verbal communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
