Job Summary
The Staff Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing fertility treatments. The role includes assisting consultants during IVF procedures, administering medications, monitoring patients, maintaining clinical records, and ensuring a safe and comfortable patient experience throughout the treatment journey.
Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Care
- Assess and monitor patient vital signs and overall condition.
- Provide pre-procedure and post-procedure nursing care.
- Ensure patient comfort, safety, and confidentiality.
- Educate patients regarding treatment protocols, medications, and follow-up care.
IVF & Clinical Support
- Assist doctors during IVF, IUI, Ovum Pick-Up (OPU), Embryo Transfer (ET), and other fertility procedures.
- Prepare patients for consultations, scans, and procedures.
- Coordinate with consultants, embryologists, and laboratory staff for smooth clinical operations.
- Assist in minor OT procedures and recovery room management.
Medication Administration
- Administer prescribed medications, hormonal injections, IV fluids, and treatments.
- Monitor patient responses to medications and report abnormalities to consultants.
- Maintain medication records and ensure compliance with treatment protocols.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes, and treatment documentation.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, nursing standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and medical records.
Infection Control & Quality
- Follow infection control, sterilization, and biomedical waste management protocols.
- Ensure procedure rooms, equipment, and supplies are clean and ready for use.
- Adhere to patient safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid Nursing Council Registration.
- 1–3 years of experience in IVF, Gynecology, OT, or Women's Health (preferred).
- Freshers may be considered based on qualifications and aptitude.

- Strong clinical and patient-care skills.
- Knowledge of IVF procedures and fertility treatments.
- Good communication and patient counseling abilities.
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Teamwork, empathy, and professional conduct.
- Basic computer and Hospital Management System (HMS) knowledge.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
