- Reception & Visitor Management
- Greet and attend to visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
- Maintain the visitor logbook and issue visitor passes in coordination with the security team.
- Guide visitors to the appropriate departments or meeting rooms.
- Telephone & Communication Handling
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls promptly.
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain updated contact lists for internal communication.
- Courier & Mail Management
- Receive, log, and distribute incoming couriers, parcels, and letters.
- Arrange dispatch of outgoing couriers/documents.
- Maintain records of courier tracking and acknowledgments.
- Coordination with Security & Admin
- Work with the security team for visitor verification and access control.
- Coordinate with housekeeping for cleanliness of reception and waiting areas.
- Support the Admin/HR team in day-to-day office coordination activities.
- General Office Support
- Manage front office supplies and ensure availability (stationery, visitor passes, etc.).
- Assist in scheduling meetings and conference room bookings.
- Provide administrative support as required.
