Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our team as a Finance Manager. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, accounting operations, compliance, taxation, and financial reporting. The role requires strong analytical skills, leadership ability, and experience in managing financial controls and statutory compliance in a dynamic business environment.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management and Reporting
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting and MIS reports to management.
- Monitor financial performance and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Accounting and Controls
- Supervise day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Ensure proper implementation of internal financial controls and accounting policies.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management.
- Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
Taxation and Compliance
- Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Review tax filings and ensure timely submission of returns.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and consultants for compliance matters.
Financial Planning and Strategy
- Support senior management in financial planning, investment decisions, and cost optimization.
- Evaluate financial risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Assist in financial modelling and business expansion plans.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.
- Ensure proper documentation, processes, and financial discipline within the department.
Qualifications and Skills
- Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Experience with ERP systems, accounting software, and advanced Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
