Job Summary
We are expanding our market presence and are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Sales & Business
Development professional to drive customer acquisition and growth. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the packaging industry or related product segments, with exposure to both corporate accounts and the dealer-distributor network.
Qualification: Diploma/MBA Marketing Sales.

Core Responsibilities:
Identify, approach, and onboard new customers across corporate accounts and dealer/distributor channels.
· Generate leads through market research, cold calling, networking, and field visits.
· Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and after-sales support.
· Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely order fulfilment.
· Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and product samples.
· Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and customer acquisition targets.
· Track market trends and competitor pricing to identify business opportunities.
· Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts within company guidelines.
· Maintain records of leads, sales activity, and pipeline status (CRM/reporting)
Requirements:
· Experience in sales/business development within the packaging industry (Kraft paper, tissue, BOPP tape, corrugated boxes, or similar)
· Experience handling both corporate clients and dealer/distributor networks.
· Strong industry network and market contacts preferred.
· Strong communication and negotiation skills.
· Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
· Willingness to travel extensively.
· Well versed in English/Hindi/Telugu.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
