Most important qualifications:
2+ years of direct Rural Health Clinic (RHC) coding experience.
Active CPC®, CCS-P®, or equivalent credential.
Demonstrated understanding of Rural Health Clinic encounter methodology, qualifying visits, and services excluded from the All-Inclusive Rate (AIR).
Strong knowledge of CMS Rural Health Clinic regulations and reimbursement methodology.
Proficient in ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding for primary care, preventive medicine, behavioral health, and clinic-based procedures.
Strong working knowledge of the 2021+ E&M guidelines, including Medical Decision Making (MDM) and time-based coding.
Experience applying Medicare, Medicaid, NCCI, and payer-specific coding requirements.
Experience identifying documentation deficiencies and utilizing compliant provider query processes.
Familiarity with EMRs such as Cerner, Epic, eClinicalWorks, or similar platforms.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
