Job Description
Position Overview
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering commercial interior fit-out projects from initiation to handover. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while ensuring timely completion, cost efficiency, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Review project scope, drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and execution plans.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Allocate manpower, equipment, and resources effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety and statutory requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, architects, and internal teams.
- Conduct progress meetings and issue regular project updates/reports.
- Resolve site-level conflicts and technical issues efficiently.
- Monitor project costs and certify subcontractor/vendor bills.
- Ensure materials, finishes, and workmanship comply with specifications.
- Implement quality checks at every stage of the project.
- Oversee snagging and de-snagging works.
- Ensure timely preparation of as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and handover documentation.
- Obtain client sign-off and close project financially and operationally.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 10 to 15 years of experience in managing interior fit-out projects, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong technical knowledge of interior works, materials, and construction processes.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proven ability to lead multiple teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively to various project sites.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
