Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the walk-in store and ensure smooth functioning.
- Welcome customers, understand their requirements, and coordinate with the design and sales teams.
- Supervise showroom staff and ensure high standards of customer service.
- Monitor showroom presentation, cleanliness, product displays, and visual merchandising.
- Coordinate customer appointments, follow-ups, and project handovers.
- Manage inventory, stock movement, and vendor coordination.
- Oversee billing, order processing, and documentation.
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and service requests professionally.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and safety standards.
- Support marketing activities, showroom events, and promotional campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in showroom operations, retail management, or customer-facing roles, preferably in the interior design, furniture, or home décor industry.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic billing.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
