Hiring: Renovation Manager
Reno-Bath We’re looking for a Renovation Manager to take charge of multiple ongoing projects and ensure smooth, on-time execution across all sites. If you’re someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can manage people on-ground and ensure client satisfaction, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do :
- Oversee multiple renovation projects simultaneously
- Coordinate daily with site engineers & supervisors
- Plan timelines and track project progress
- Monitor site expenses, labour payments & material usage
- Work closely with the purchase team for material planning
- Identify and resolve on-site execution challenges
- Prepare daily & weekly progress reports
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards
What We’re Looking :
- For 3–6 years of experience in construction / interiors / renovation
- Strong coordination & team management skills
- Good understanding of site execution and labour handling
- Experience managing budgets or site-level expenses
- Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets
- Problem-solver with strong communication skills Bonus Points
- Experience handling multiple sites
- Background in bathroom or interior renovations
- Familiarity with project tracking tools
