Job Summary
The Course Counsellor is responsible for guiding prospective students in selecting suitable courses based on their educational background, career goals, and interests. The role involves counselling, lead conversion, and maintaining strong relationships with students to achieve admission targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding courses, programs, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, enquiries, and walk-in students.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and messages.
- Convert enquiries into admissions and achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate student data and update CRM/Google Sheets regularly.
- Provide complete information about fees, schedules, and course benefits.
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams during admissions.
- Support students throughout the enrolment process.
- Maintain professional communication and ensure high student satisfaction
