· Recruit Agriculture Assistants (FPO/Delivery Services) on a commission basis to support farmers' needs for basic and commercial farming.
· Conduct training sessions for newly appointed Agriculture Assistants before they begin their work.
· Coordinate and attend meetings with central and state government subdivision- or block-level officials to obtain necessary permissions and provide updates on work progress.
· Conduct regular site visits to inspect ongoing work and service delivery.
Conduct regular evening virtual meetings with Agriculture Assistants to review daily work progress and discuss the next day's work plan.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
