We are seeking an experienced Head of Human Resources to lead our HR function. This senior leadership role acts as a strategic partner to the executive team, ensuring our people strategy aligns with business objectives. The ideal candidate will oversee the full employee lifecycle, champion company culture, and ensure compliance with labor laws and corporate regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Culture
Develop and execute HR strategy supporting long-term business goals
Champion organizational values and promote a culture of inclusivity and high performance
Advise senior leadership on organizational design, succession planning, and workforce development
Talent Management & Development
Oversee end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition strategies
Design and implement performance management systems
Identify training needs and lead leadership development programs
HR Operations & Compliance
Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and statutory reporting
Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks
Manage HRIS systems, data security, and record-keeping
Compensation & Employee Relations
Design competitive compensation and benefits structures
Oversee payroll administration and benefits enrollment
Serve as primary escalation point for employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management
Analytics & Reporting
Track HR metrics (turnover, time-to-hire, engagement) to drive data-informed decisions
Provide regular workforce and HR performance reports to the board/executive team
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM or CIPD/SHRM certification preferred)
10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3–5 years in a leadership role
In-depth knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements
Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
High integrity and ability to handle confidential matters
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
