We are seeking an experienced Tool & Die Maker with a strong background in tool manufacturing, maintenance, and precision engineering. The ideal candidate should have extensive hands-on experience, excellent technical knowledge, and a commitment to producing high-quality tools and dies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manufacture, assemble, repair, and maintain tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures.
- Interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Operate tool room machinery and precision measuring instruments.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy and quality of finished tools.
- Troubleshoot tooling issues and perform necessary modifications.
- Maintain tools to minimize production downtime.
- Follow safety and quality standards in all tool room operations.
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams to meet project requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Tool & Die Maker.
- NTTF or equivalent technical qualification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of tool room operations, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to read technical drawings and use precision measuring instruments.
- High attention to detail and precision in workmanship.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
