Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Electrical CAD Engineer to prepare, review, and manage electrical shop drawings for industrial electrical projects. The ideal candidate should have strong electrical engineering knowledge, excellent AutoCAD skills, and experience in developing accurate construction drawings for site execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and revise electrical shop drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop detailed layouts for cable trays, conduits, cable routing, lighting, power distribution, earthing, and related electrical systems.
- Review IFC and design drawings and prepare detailed shop drawings for execution.
- Coordinate with project engineers, site teams, consultants, and clients regarding drawing revisions and technical clarifications.
- Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, applicable standards, and client requirements.
- Maintain drawing registers, revisions, and engineering documentation.
- Provide technical support to the site team during project execution and resolve drawing-related issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Valid C Licence is mandatory.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial electrical projects.
- Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
- Experience in preparing electrical shop drawings for industrial or manufacturing projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction drawings, cable routing, power distribution, lighting, and earthing.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
