About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Corrugation Line Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating corrugation line machinery and ensuring efficient, high-quality production while maintaining safety and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and control corrugation line machines to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Produce corrugated boards and boxes in accordance with quality specifications.
- Perform machine setup, adjustments, and routine operational checks.
- Carry out basic preventive maintenance, lubrication, and machine cleaning.
- Identify and troubleshoot minor machine issues to minimize downtime.
- Reduce material wastage by maintaining optimum machine performance.
- Adhere to company safety policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality standards.
- Coordinate effectively with the Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to achieve daily production targets.
- Maintain accurate production records and report any machine abnormalities.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating corrugation line machines.
- Experience in the corrugated box or packaging manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Good understanding of machine operations, production processes, and quality control standards.
- Ability to perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.
