It will be nice if can get any Graduate / MBA HR / Recruitment profile from the similar domain/industry/consultancy who is having 0-2 years of experience on handling sourcing part at Western India. Person will be operating from Mumbai as base location to support West Zone.

Industry Connect & Tie Ups / Client Acquisition

Need to connect Employers daily basis to generate openings and achieve the target
-
Ask the employer to send the requirement via Mail/WhatsApp for further process
-
Connect to that lead which received via Mail, References or from different Job Portals
-
Client Management and Compliance
-
Resume or profile sharing with the employer
-
Schedule interview by connecting employers
-
Drive the retention through employer for each candidate for at least 3 months
-
Monitor the performance of the candidate sourced
-
Compile the feedback shared by the employer and share it with the Placement & Training Team to incorporate the feedback
-
Coordinate with placed candidates consecutively for three months to take their feedback based on their satisfaction level with the employer

Visits to Employers every month

Update the Requirements detail in official format

Collaboration with different Industries
-
Work on MOU / Tie Up Letters for future engagement on sourcing manpower

Travelling in different locations at South India to support ICA centers on placement lead generation and active placement

MIS and Record Keeping
-
Periodical Reviews & Reporting
Bearing good mortal character with high level of integrity as mandatory
