- Outbound & Inbound Calling: Initiate calls to leads to promote offerings, and respond to incoming customer inquiries. [1, 2]
- Lead Qualification: Ask probing questions to understand customer needs, identify potential opportunities, and pass qualified leads to the sales team. [1, 2]
- Customer Support: Address questions, resolve grievances, and assist clients with product or service issues. [1, 2]
- Data Management: Log conversation notes, record transaction details, and update the CRM database after every call. [1, 2, 3]
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed specific daily, weekly, or monthly KPIs (e.g., number of calls made, leads generated, or deals closed). [1, 2]
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a solid understanding of current company offerings, pricing, and ongoing promotions
