Job Responsibilities:
1. Analysis of Business process to ensure that the internal controls present are aligned with the COSO framework.
2. Identifying control weaknesses and suggesting improvements to the control framework.
3. Communicating and coordinating with Group Internal Controller on an ongoing basis to replicate changes/improvements to the internal control’s framework
4. Establishing a Compliance framework
5. Internal Financial Controls Review
6. Working with Internal Audit function to improve health of overall internal controls functions with processes automation
7. Completing the Process reviews within given timelines and communicating the results to local management and group Internal Controller
8. Weaknesses identified, suggestions provided and implementation within specific timelines. The number of weaknesses identified and plugged
9. Improvements to the internal controls framework identified
10. No instances of non-compliances to the statutory/contractual obligations.
11. Internal Financial Controls are properly designed and operating effectively and the IFC review by Statutory Auditors is satisfactorily completed.
12. No of process automations suggested and implemented successfully.
13. Establishment of a framework of internal controls encompassing requirements of COSO and ISO along with ICFR
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per month
