CEO – Factory Operations

Avarya Retail Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced CEO – Factory Operations to lead and scale our manufacturing business across Mithai, Namkeen, Farsan, Bakery, Snacks, and Dry Fruits.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Lead end-to-end factory operations and business performance
✔ Manage Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Warehouse & Dispatch
✔ Drive profitability, cost optimization, and operational excellence
✔ Ensure compliance with FSSAI, GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards
✔ Manage factory P&L, budgets, and key business KPIs
✔ Develop high-performing teams and leadership capabilities
✔ Drive process improvements, SOP implementation, and automation initiatives
✔ Support new product development and business growth
Requirements
✔ 18+ years of experience in Food Manufacturing
✔ Minimum 10 years in a senior leadership role (CEO/COO/Business Head/Factory Head)
✔ Experience in Mithai, Namkeen, Farsan, Bakery, Sweets, Snacks, or Food Processing is mandatory
✔ Strong expertise in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Food Safety, and P&L Management
✔ MBA or Degree in Food Technology, Engineering, Operations, or related field preferred
