Sourcing Manager - Projects
Degree: Any Graduate
Experience: 2 to 5 years desired
Responsibility
1. Building new network with Real Estate Brokers and Developers at different locations
2. Sourcing Projects in the catchment area
3. Liaise with Developer for sourcing project/s as per company guidelines.
4. Study and interpretation of statutory documents related to land and project
5. Conduct the survey of site, projects and facilities in the vicinity and data entry for conducted survey
Requirement
1. Exposure to Residential Real Estate Construction is must
2. Connected with Real Estate Brokers and Developers
3. Knowledge of Local Language is must
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Pune, Maharashtra (Pune, Pune District)
