Qualification:
- Diploma / BSc in Operation Theatre Technology or related field
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year experience as an OT Technician preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-Operative Preparation
- Prepare patients for surgery and ensure all necessary documentation and checks are completed
- Ensure operation theatre and surgical instruments are sterilized and ready
- Intra-Operative Assistance
- Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during surgical procedures
- Provide required surgical instruments and support during operations
- Post-Operative Care
- Assist in shifting patients safely after surgery
- Help in post-operative monitoring and support
- Equipment Maintenance
- Manage and maintain medical equipment used in the operation theatre
- Ensure proper functioning, cleaning, and sterilization of OT instruments
- Infection Control
- Maintain strict infection control protocols and OT safety standards
Salary: As per hospital standards / Experience
