Role Overview
At Nish Hair, the Logistics Executive will support the smooth functioning of daily operations, inventory coordination, and logistics management. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in operations, supply chain, and business coordination within a fast-paced beauty and retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
1) Operations Support
- Assist in managing day-to-day operational activities to ensure seamless business operations
- Coordinate with internal teams to support order processing, dispatch, and fulfillment activities
- Monitor operational workflows and help resolve routine operational challenges
- Support smooth coordination between warehouse, retail, and customer support teams
2) Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination
- Track inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely deliveries and dispatches
- Coordinate with courier partners, transport vendors, and suppliers for smooth logistics operations
- Maintain shipment records, delivery schedules, and logistics documentation accurately
- Monitor delivery timelines and escalate delays or issues when required
3) Inventory & Warehouse Support
- Assist in inventory tracking, stock reconciliation, and stock movement management
- Maintain accurate warehouse records and inventory logs across systems
- Support stock audits and help identify shortages, excess inventory, or damaged products
- Coordinate stock transfers and ensure proper inventory handling processes
4) Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare and maintain operational, logistics, and inventory-related reports
- Ensure accuracy of invoices, delivery challans, stock records, and related documentation
- Update ERP systems, Excel trackers, and operational databases with daily activity records
- Maintain organized documentation for operational and logistics processes
5) Process Coordination & Compliance
- Follow company SOPs, operational guidelines, and compliance processes
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce delays
- Coordinate with finance, sales, warehouse, and customer experience teams as required
- Support process improvements to streamline logistics and operational workflows
6) Qualifications & Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Freshers and recent graduates are encouraged to apply
Skills & Competencies
- Basic understanding of operations, logistics, and inventory management processes
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications
- Willingness to learn ERP and inventory management systems
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving approach
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
