We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Analyst with strong Spanish reading and writing skills to help maintain a safe and secure online environment for users and customers. The ideal candidate will review content, research and curate catalogue, identify duplicates, and ensure platform compliance with community guidelines and safety standards.
This role requires excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English, sound judgment, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Function Related Activities / Key Responsibilities:
Review and approve product catalog listings for the eCommerce platform in accordance with company policies and quality standards.
Perform catalog research and validation to ensure product information accuracy and compliance.
Conduct product content curation including titles, descriptions, attributes, images, and category mapping.
Identify and remove duplicate product listings through de-duplication processes and data validation checks.
Enrich catalog data by adding missing product details, specifications, keywords, and metadata to improve searchability and customer experience.
Ensure catalog consistency, accuracy, and completeness across the platform.
Analyze seller submissions and flag suspicious, misleading, or non-compliant listings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including merchandising, operations, quality, and seller support teams.
Maintain high productivity and accuracy while meeting SLA and quality targets.
Monitor catalog trends, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements for better data quality and platform trust.
Use internal tools and research methods to verify product authenticity, classification, and content relevance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong Spanish reading and writing proficiency (mandatory).
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Graduation in any discipline OR relevant certification.
Ability to analyze and interpret policies and guidelines.
Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills.
Comfortable working with sensitive or graphic content if required.
Basic knowledge of internet safety, fraud detection, or content moderation is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office and web-based tools.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree / Graduation in any stream
- Advanced analytical thinking, with the ability to connect process metrics to business impact.
