We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to promote and sell our products, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and potential customers.
- Generate new leads and convert them into regular customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Explain product features, benefits, and promotional offers.
- Collect orders and ensure timely follow-up for deliveries.
- Coordinate with the accounts team regarding outstanding payments.
- Conduct market research and report competitor activities.
- Ensure proper product display and merchandising at customer locations.
- Prepare daily visit reports and submit sales updates.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide after-sales support.
- Represent the company professionally at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate (preferred).
- Experience in FMCG, cleaning products, or consumer goods sales is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license (preferred).
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
