Role Name: Box
Desired Experience Range: 5 years to 14 Years
Location of Requirement: Bangalore
Must-Have :
- Administer and manage the Box platform (user provisioning, roles, permissions, folders, metadata)
- Configure security, compliance, retention, and governance policies
- Support document lifecycle management and collaboration use‑cases
- Integrate Box with enterprise systems (SSO, IAM, ECM, Salesforce, Office 365, custom apps)
- Develop and maintain Box APIs, workflows, and automations (where applicable)
- Monitor platform usage, performance, and security events
- Handle issue resolution, enhancements, upgrades, and user support
- Ensure compliance with enterprise security and data protection standards
- Prepare technical documentation and operational runbooks.
