Job Title: Junior Site Engineer

Job Summary:
Golden Homes Constructions is seeking a motivated Junior Site Engineer to support the execution of commercial construction projects. The candidate will assist in site supervision, ensure quality compliance, coordinate daily site activities, and support timely project execution as per drawings and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day supervision of commercial construction site activities
- Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings and specifications
- Monitor site progress and report updates to senior engineers
- Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and vendors for smooth workflow
- Assist in preparation of site reports, DPRs, and measurement records (MB)
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and site safety guidelines
- Support material tracking, requisition, and site inventory management
- Conduct basic quality checks of materials and workmanship
- Help resolve minor technical issues under senior engineer guidance
- Maintain proper site documentation and progress photographs
Required Qualification:
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 0.6 – 2 years of site experience in construction projects (commercial preferred)
Skills Required:
- Basic understanding of civil construction methods and drawings
- Ability to read and interpret site plans and structural drawings
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) preferred
- AutoCAD basics is an added advantage
- Strong willingness to learn and work on-site
