- Invoicing: Prepare, verify, and send accurate invoices to clients or customers in a timely manner.
- Data Management: Maintain updated customer accounts, including contact information and payment details.
- Accounts Receivable: Monitor outstanding balances, follow up on overdue payments, and manage accounts receivable databases.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Identify and resolve billing inaccuracies or customer disputes.
- Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly billing reports for management.
- Compliance: Ensure all billing activities comply with company policies and financial regulations.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as a billing executive or in a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and billing/accounting software.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, organizational skills, and numerical ability.

- Retail: Managing counter sales, POS systems, and generating retail invoices.
- Healthcare: Generating inpatient bills (IP), managing medical coding, and processing health insurance claims.
