Looking to hire LSS & Telecom Design Engineer.
Candidate must have complete knowledge of the Life Security System which includes Fire Alarm system, Security Access control system, Public Address System, Close circuit TV system.
Candidate must have design knowledge of Toxic Gas Monitoring System meet code and industry best known practices.
Design knowledge & application of Codes and Standards, as per Life Safety requirement like - NFPA 70 (NEC) and electrical design requirements / NFPA 72 Fire Alarm and Signaling Code
Design experience for fire alarm system with conventional detectors, VESDA systems.
Knowledge of design and construction specifications
Should be familiar with AutoCAD and Revit MEP to coordinate with architects and other disciplines.
Candidate shall be responsible for using the various applicable Life Safety as well as industry standards to perform calculations; equipment sizing and bill of quantities along with equipment and construction specifications, network schematic diagrams and various construction deliverables in both 2D and 3D platforms for a constructable design.
Responsible to participate in technical discussions and data evaluation during technical meetings and vendor finalization .
Results oriented, good in verbal & written communication is a must.
Telecom –
Candidate shall have good design exposure on essential communications systems, such as public safety digital microwave, Paging system, Wide Area Networks (WAN), Local Area Network (LAN), copper, and fiber-optic network. Intra-building cabling, and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP).
He will be responsible to prepare physical layout plans for proper communication system site infrastructure, and support systems.
Good experience on structure and fiber backbone cabling.
Design of underground cableways, duct banks and coordinate with other services to gets permits and essential clearances for construction.
Responsible to prepare technical specifications, data sheets, Bill of quantities (BOQ) to generate system enquiry and participate in technical discussions and data evaluation during technical meetings and vendor finalization .
