We are seeking an experienced and proactive Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations of our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of equipment, machinery, and building systems while leading a skilled maintenance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Manage and lead the maintenance team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure all machinery, equipment, and facilities operate safely and efficiently.
- Develop and implement maintenance policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Monitor maintenance budgets and control costs.
- Coordinate with production and operations teams to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee contractor work when required.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and equipment upgrades.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
